Michael and Becca are very committed to sustainability and family life. We have certified our property as a National Wildlife Refuge and on our farm, we have invested in solar panels, rain barrels, reusing discarded items, and use organic methods such as composting, permaculture, companion planting.

A Common question we get asked, where did we come up with the Rusty Dinosaur name? To answer this question, please refer to the picture below! We came across Rusty at an antique mall in Charlotte and knew he was going to come to live with us! When searching for a fun and unique name, Michael asked, why not Rusty Dinosaur?! And so the name was born! 

This is A FAMILY OWNED and operated LANDSCAPING AND SMALL FARM company here in charlotte, NC. 

Michael has 20 + years in landscaping experience and in owning and operating his own company. Michael and Becca have 10 + years experience in gardening, starting out with small containers and gradually building up to the level that they are today!

Michael and Becca Bowman, as well as their employees, are now and always have been committed to providing quality and consistent service to all of their customers, large and small.
